RUNLYT is a platform where founders list their startups and other members contact them directly. The founders community and its meetups are free. Listing a startup and using the contact relay follow the terms below.

You sign in with Google or an email link. No passwords are stored on RUNLYT. Keep your account to yourself, one person, one real identity. You're responsible for what you post and send from it.

Your listing content stays yours. By publishing it, you give RUNLYT permission to display it on the platform. A listing is the founder's own claim about their startup, RUNLYT does not verify what's written there. We can remove a listing, or an account, that breaks these terms.

Automated collection, harvesting, or republishing of listings, profiles, or any other data from RUNLYT is not permitted. That includes scrapers, bots, and bulk exports, whether or not you have an account. We may block access and remove accounts involved in this activity.

The contact relay is for genuine interest in a listing, a real question, an offer, a conversation worth having. Spam, cold mass outreach, and solicitation sent through it get accounts removed.

Founders control who can see their data room and can revoke access at any time. What you learn inside one is shared in confidence, for evaluating that startup. It's not yours to redistribute or reuse elsewhere.
